| 1. | How do you know what size bracelet I will need? |
| | I love this website but the ONE thing it has yet to offer is a drop down menu for sizes. IF you have ordered any of the following bracelets I will need to know the size bracelet that you will need: The Fairplay, The Golden, The Copper Mountain, The Bailey, The Ignacio, The Crestone, or The Friso. Additionally for The Fairplay I will need to know what color lab charm that you would like: yellow, black, or chocolate. To expedite your order please email me at: erineileen74@hotmail.com send me your bracelet size requirements and choice of color for your lab charm IF you ordered The Fairplay. I will contact you if I do not here from you but it may take me some time. If you have ordered an of the other beaded bracelets they are made for an average size wrist. If you have a wrist size smaller than 6" or larger than 7 1/2" please email me at the above email address so that I may make the appropriate sized bracelet for you. |

| 2. | How will I know that you received my order? |
| | If you have a paid receipt from Pay Pal you can be assured that I received your order. I do not send out order conformations as I get bombarded with orders during online parties and do not have time to do so. |

| 3. | How will I know which charity received my donation? |
| | The whole purpose of hosting an online party is so that that day's group has an opportunity to raise money for their charity. If you place an order through my site during an online party your donation is going to the charity that is hosting the party. I place a card in all of my gift boxes that indicates where the 25% donation was sent. |

| 4. | How can I support the charity of my choice with my donation? |
| | I offer Freebie Days on my site every now and then, when you place an order through my site on one of these days YOU pick where you would like your donation sent. You may also shop my site year round to support your group, just know that some items are ONLY available during online parties and Freebie Days. |

| 5. | Do you make all of the jewelry on your site? |
| | I make a lot of the pieces on my site however if I see something that I like in a shop somewhere I will buy it and sell it on my site. I love visiting funky little bead shops and finding treasures that others will like, it makes it fun! |

| | Some groups have a TON of orders that come through during their online parties and this is a WONDERFUL thing!! The successful parties are great in that they generate a large donation for their charity however, there is much more work for me to do. The latest you should expect to wait for your order is no more than 3 weeks, if it has a personalized piece in it. All orders are shipped Priority Mail to help get them to you quicker! |

| 7. | Can my charity host an online party on your site? |
| | You bet, the more the merrier! If you would like to have your charity host an online party in 2011 please email me: erineileen74@hotmail.com to nominate your group. Once I receive your nomination I will email you a letter explaining a bit more about the parties. You will need to choose a date quickly though as I am already booking dates in 2011. A hint though...Fridays are the best day to host a party! |

| 8. | Do you accept forms of payment other than Pay Pal? |
| | I most certainly do, I will accept personal checks if you chose not to pay via Pay Pal. You would need to email me:erineileen74@hotmail.com to clear this with me first, if you pay with a check you do not order through the website you will place your order directly with me. I can also accept credit cards over the phone, email me a good phone number at which to reach you if you would like to pay with a credit card over the phone. |

| | If you spent more than $100.00 on your order, which in turn means you donated $25.00 or more to your charity...you are rewarded by not paying for shipping! Kudos to you for your generous order! ;0) |
